Research on "families & covid-19"

The Journal of Family Research invites family and life course scholars worldwide to submit their research on the impact of the "covid-19 pandemic" on families to the journal.

We aim to publish high quality empirical research on how all aspects of family life have been affected by the current "pandemic situation of shutdown and recovery" in the short or longer term.

Research papers may focus on empirical as well as analytical assessments of family life in light of the "covid-19 pandemic".

We offer peer reviewed & open access publications that will be published quickly after acceptance ("early view").
